By accessing or using Tune Tracker Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Tune Tracker is a web-based application that helps musicians organize, track, and share their learning resources including audio files, tablature, videos, and practice progress. The Service includes both free and premium subscription features.

User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Subscription Services

Premium Features

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

User Content and Conduct

• You retain ownership of content you upload (audio files, tablature, notes, etc.)
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share your content

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is illegal, defamatory, or violates others' privacy
• Contains adult content or is inappropriate for a general audience
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Sharing Features

• When you create public share links, you make that content accessible to others
• Shared content must comply with these Terms and applicable laws
• We may remove shared content that violates our policies

Community Guidelines

• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Do not spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators and instructors
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose

Termination

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Woodshed Labs, LLC.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
